This is an amazing trim restorer. scotthd proved it is one of the longest lasting, and that has been my experience as well. It goes on better and less streaky than the ceramic trim restorers, which I've had mixed success with.

Drippy to apply, but it lives up to the hype about being a superior "back-to-black" renewal product. I have used other big-name brands and their duration is very short, compared the this stuff. I use a sponge paint brush and am carful to get an even application. If I want more gloss, I CAN let is dry thoroughly and re-apply. Will buy it again.

Finally. After years of using all the others on the market, I tried this one.. Got a 2000 Jeep GC loaded with gray cladding. Everything I ever used would streak with the first rain. Not this stuff. I used it one time and it had been through numerous rain storms and it looks as good as the day I did it. Easy to apply and it don't take a lot. Super product!! Follow up.... This stuff is great. After several months and two applications this is still looking good. Tough as a bag of hammers. Too bad it's cost is so high. Has increased by 10 dollars since I bought it six months ago. Still worth it tho as long as it don't go up anymore any time soon.

"ScottHD" did a 20-something month longevity test on YT and this stuff won. Our cars are garaged so we're hoping for even longer. We used foam brushes to apply and did 2 SUVs... I think we used about an ounce and a half! This stuff goes very far. The bottle is practically still full. It's also held well in the foam brushes without dripping. So it was easy to cut the trim without getting it on paint/etc. We found it took graying rubber and restored it to dark black after 2 applications and letting it cure overnight. On vinyl trim it was a single coat application. There was some trim starting to show striping. On that we massaged it in using a microfiber and small circular motion, the striping was gone. If you leave it on wet and let it cure overnight, the finish will be glossy. It is good to LIGHTLY go over it with a lint free microfiber to level it if you happen lay on too much. But in general it's very forgiving. The gloss level can be easily knocked down with microfiber to tune the finish to desired gloss level or if matte is preferred. Awesome stuff!! 5 star.
