Compression tape
I ordered the tape in 1 roll that had KR on the tape, the tape did not stick and I returned. I ordered this tape in 2 rolls of 20 stripes and works great. I have a tear on my outside upper thigh tendon. The tape has helped about 90% and does stay on after I shower. I lasts for 2 -3 days

Best I have found
I have been using this brand for a year now. I am a Physical Therapsit, marathon runner, cyclist, and other outdoor enthusiast. This is hands down the best tape I have found, especially for the price (my second favorite is rock tape, but it is very pricy). FYI- this is very sticky. If you have sensitive skin, you may not like this because it can sting taking it off and it often leaves a residue you have to scrub off. However, I will gladly endure that because this stays on much longer and doesn’t fray as bad as other tape. Overall, it works much better than KT tape and other brands.I also swim and the tape works well in the pool, however it does not survive the hot tub for any length of time.Of course proper skin prep (make sure the area is clean, wiping with Alcohol works well, DRY, and shaved) is an absolute must. Don’t apply over skin if they have applied oil or lotion. I can’t stress enough that you are wasting your time and money if you don’t properly prep the skin. I constantly have kids at my sons’ school who are in the athletic department who want me to tape them after they have started a work out, and tape simply doesn’t stick if they are already sweaty, have dusty legs, or have very hairy legs (plus did I mention how this stings taking it off shaved legs… this will downright hurt if you put it on over hairy legs and it happens to stick….which is kind of comical watching grown men who insisted I tape them pull off the tape. This is a 2 pack and are precut strips. If you haven’t used therapy tape before you need to watch on-line videos over how to properly apply. You should watch several videos, because some have inaccurate information.Good luck! Get outside and move!

This stuff sticks very good to your skin. I did shave my legs.
This stuff is very very good. I did shave my legs.I have used the brand name KT tape before. There is a difference in the quality of the fabric. But not enough to justify the price for me.I’ve been wearing the same tape now for about six or seven days. And this stuff is on there really good. I’m gonna switch it out just because I imagine there has to be some drop in the tension or elasticity after this many days.I’ve been taking showers every day. And wearing jeans and shorts and doing a lot of walking and steps. The stuff is solid. I have no irritation or other issues with it.I highly recommend.

Bandaid Material
Nice overall good for support but it's like bandaid material. It leaves a residue and hard to get off without ripping up skin too. I personally don't mind the pain but some others might.

Excellent for DeQuervain's, ECU/FCU discomfort, TFCC discomfort, CMC osteoarthritis relief
The media could not be loaded. I'm an occupational therapist who works with a variety of upper extremity orthopedic diagnoses (pre-surgical, post-surgical) daily. There are a variety of k-tape brands that exist, but I find care science to be one of the best possible options for clients to use when they need to apply tape easily and without therapist assistance. The primary reason it is good to use is that the strips are pre-cut.This tape is useful for those diagnosed with DeQuervain's Tenosynovitis, also known as "newborn-itis", as those parents with a newborn baby tend to experience pain in the base of the thumb due to constantly lifting their child out of a crib. This product is also helpful with thumb/CMC (1st metacarpal) joint osteoarthritis, extensor carpi ulnaris, or flexor carpi ulnaris tendonitis, and/or triangular fibrocartilage complex sprain (unless a tear is evident). However, proper medical examination is required from a trained professional to ensure this is the right product for you.Style: The tape is sleek looking in either tan or black color. It is low profile and to the naked eye, people would likely not notice that you are even wearing it.Comfort: When applied properly, this product is extremely comfortable. K-tape has the unique property in which it can stretch to provide proper joint and muscle support. It is incredibly important to test maximum stretch (call it 100% stretch), this should be regarded as the no-go zone. When applying to yourself, stretch should only be 30-50% maximum because the tape can cause sheering or irritation on the skin if it is applied with too much stretch.Hygiene: You can wear this product while washing hands and bathing. This tape can usually withstand 1-3 days of wearing before needing to be thrown out. When removing, you can soak the hand / arm in water to loosen the fabric and avoid pulling arm hair and causing skin pain.Video demonstration: This is a quick taping method of how to apply for DeQuervain's tenosynovitis "newborn-itis". In this video, I don't remove the adhesive backing, please be advised that you do need to remove the back piece in order to apply the tape which will adhere to your arm.**Disclaimer: My review should not be taken as medical advice, especially if there is no diagnosis given. You should always seek proper evaluation from a primary care physician, orthopedic physician, neurologist, or physiatrist before applying tape without a true known cause. Purchase and application of this product is at your own risk.

Worth the price
I used this product for foot support as I was having ankle and foot pain. It helped with the pain and supported my foot, however, left a sticky residue after I removed it.Pros: gave my foot support, easy to apply since it's in strips already, easy to removeCons: not as thick as other brands, leaves sticky residue when removed.
