I wear heels 5 nights at week at work, I also manage ballet dancers, we were paying $200 for pedicures just to get the calllus but never really worked. I have used this 3 times!!!! When applying this, it is a thick lotion and a bit sticky so use it at bedtime and wear cotton socks. There isn't any discernable scent which is a plus. After the first night, I did notice a difference in the patchy scales/overly dry areas of my feet. It took three nights of use to notice a remarkable improvement and softness. No other foot cream or lotion worked for me. Even my toenails looked 100% better. Also, after applying it to my feet, I rubbed the excess into my chapped hands. It worked there also and did absorb quite fast, since it wasn't a lot of lotion left on my hands. This is a definite buy again.

The reviews for this are excellent which is why I bought it but when I was looking at the pictures people shared, none of them looked as bad as my heels. So while it's embarrassing I want to share my progress!I had severely cracked, terrible heels. They were painful and embarrassing. I've tried a lot of things over the years but during a middle of the night search I came across kerasal. For the first 2 weeks, used the dr Scholls foot file and applied kerasal after my morning shower and before bed. Then the last two weeks I've just been doing it before bed.This is my progress after 1 month of use. I'M SO THRILLED. This is a miracle product! I think my heels will be fully healed up within 2 more weeks based on the amazing progress so far. I'm so excited to be able to wear open back shoes and flip flops and not be embarrassed!This really softens feet so nicely. If you have cracked heels like mine you will definitely need to file your heels every day too. But it absolutely works!

It’s ok for rough, dry feet but I found using a cream with 40% urea works better and is much cheaper when using regularly for a larger area. I copied another reviewer and use this on my fingers instead! It’s helped keep the edges around my nails smoother, softer and more moisturized so I don’t pick at them as much. The price is a bit high for the size but the product works well!

It has an ointment consistency like petroleum jelly, it’s NOT a cream or lotion. Whether you’re in bed or moving around the house, you’ll absolutely need socks on after applying this because it doesn’t dry or quickly absorb into the skin. The moisturizing is on point and a little goes a long way.

This might be one of the better products for dry heels. I have tried so many products on the market, even medical grade and this might be one of the best products. The only complaint is that if this product is not applied every day, my feet do not retain moisture and softness. I was hoping this product would provide a long lasting effect.

This cream ointment is a godsend for cracked heels. It has no scent and it’s easy to apply. I put socks on immediately after I apply it. I wake up with soft feet that feel like new. The ointment is pretty thick, but it is moisturizing.

TRY THIS WITH SILICON SOCKS!!!I received it yesterday so I tried the cream with silicon socks today and kept them on for about 2 hours. My feet was looking crusty and DRY before with a lot of cracks. It's completely gone after 1 application and wearing the socks. Ready for summer!
