The media could not be loaded. Wow!!! After reading reviews & viewing customers videos, I gotta tell you that I was quite nervous about taking that leap of faith & purchasing to see for myself. Well I’m glad that I did! It worked right out of the box! It was nicely packaged to avoid breakage, which I’m so glad that it was because the delivery guy slammed the package down to the floor! The good things I like about this beautiful conversation piece is that it’s quiet & doesn’t splash! I was shocked about that because every fountain that I have purchased splashed on anything I placed it on ruining my carpet, counters & tables! But this is truly a keeper for me! Im hoping that it last me for many years as I will be using it everyday. Another good thing I love about this product is that the price is extremely reasonable!! I was so happy/amazed @ this beauty, I ordered another one just before leaving this review! The only bad thing I have to say is that it has no on/off switch which means, you must unplug/plug it in to turn off/on. I really wanted to put this in my room but due to it not having an on/off switch, it would require me to have to keep moving my furniture just to plug/unplug it. It other than that, I am really impressed with the function/beauty of this lovely, calming, streaming water fountain. So thank you to the company who made this fountain for those of us who appreciate fine tranquility! DO NOT BUY!!!I had this a little over a month and it completely stopped working.Quality is poor don’t waste your money!The company will not answer you when you ask for a refund or a return. Amazon also refuses to assist.

Looks nice and is all ceramic and glass as stated. It is hard to put together because the pump doesn't fit into the bottom easily. It is quiet and my cat likes to drink out of which is why I bought it

I love the sound of the water but there is a noise that kind of scares me as it sounds like it will catch on fire or something idk if it’s normal or what sound comes and goes . It is very small no problem with that though my main concern is the noise, i haven’t decided if i want to keep this or not kinda disappointed!

I love it. The second picture is of my old one. My fountain is for my kitties to drink from. I have it next to their food bowls and wheatgrass. The old one was great but had finally rusted through. I'm really excited about the glass one for that reason. All parts are glass except a few plastic pieces, no rusting and easy to clean with vinegar when it gets covered in lime (my water is suuuuper hard, lots of calcium).It's beautiful, runs great, barely any noise. I love it and my kitties will too.

What I like about it is that it’s quiet, easy to assemble (there are only 3 pieces I think), easy to maintain and with it’s simple lines, aesthetically pleasing.I have tried other table top fountains and after a while, the engine starts breaking down. The rocks and other decorations also get in the way of the water flow.This model had one other decoration, a plastic tree which I ended up removing. I like that the water flow is unobstructed.Note that it’s best to use distilled water and I add vinegar (about 1 cup to a gallon of water). The water condenses so it’s best to add water daily. When you forgot to add water, the product gives a strange noise.Good buy!
