This refurbished phone came looking brand new! No scratches or anything. Battery capacity was at 98%, which is great! It was super easy to get it activated and I had no problems with my service at all. The phone is truly unlocked and works with ANY carrier. Came with a fast, good-quality charger as well. It has only been a couple of days, but I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The phone arrived with 1 day shipping at no extra charge, that was really important to me since my old phone had just been stolen. It arrived in excellent condition, the screen is absolutely perfect. There are just a few very tiny scratches here and there, but you really have to look hard for them. It isn't new, but very close to looking like new. The battery capacity is 85% which is normal for a refurbished item. So far the performance is great, I had no problem setting the phone up with my mobile provider. I was almost put off by the 1 star reviews saying their phone wasn't unlocked or other problems, but I'm really glad I went ahead and bought this phone. It was a great price, overnight delivery, looks practically new, and especially important I had no problems setting it up so I can have a phone again! I can't say in a year if things will be working this well, but I expect they will be. I keep my phone in a good case and I'm not rough with it. I just hope I don't get robbed again, it's tough out there at night especially for women.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS!! It only worked for a few months before it magically stopped working right after the 3 month return policy ended. Now I lost my money and nobody is doing anything to help. Right before I purchased this, I saw a few bad reviews but I thought it probably wouldn't happen to me, until it did. You will literally throw your money straight into the trash because now I just have to purchase a new iPhone from apple. I have been purchasing on amazon for years and I have never had such a bad experience with a product in my life. I even contacted amazon and they were 0 help. These phones were broken and fixed, and while they may look good on the outside, the inside is filled with fake parts that are not from apple and are bad quality. When I went into settings, it would tell me that my camera and some other parts needed repair because they were not authentic. Even before this phone completely stopped working it was glitchy and the battery life was horrible. Even though you think you are saving money by purchasing this, it will cost you more in the long run. I even bought another phone from this seller before the first one stopped working and now I'm praying that the same doesn't happen. Save your money and spend it on something that actually works. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.

I am very satisfied with that purchase. No scratches, no defects. It was perfectly fine. It arrives without a charger so keep that in mind. Other than that, I would highly recommend this seller if you are looking for a new iPhone.

IMMACULATE condition! 100% battery life. No scratches or dings anywhere! No lagging, functions perfectly! I’ve never purchased a refurbished product that was in perfect condition! Shipping was very quick as well. Above and beyond exceeded my expectations!

Pros: Excellent physical condition, only spotted 2 little dents on the side (but you’d pretty much need a magnifying glass to spot them), the light pink colour is so cute and girly, volume is loud and clear, brand new cable and wall piece included in box. Cons: Battery came at 86% which isn’t bad, but I’ve seen most reviews saying their battery percentage was higher, and I was surprised the battery dies much faster than I was expecting but it’s not terrible. It will take some time to transition back to iPhone after many years of Android use, my review is in comparison to my previous $150 cheap android phone, overall I would say that Apple hasn’t changed much since my last iPhone, which was iPhone 8. UPDATE: 1.5 years later it’s working great and I’ve definitely gotten used to it. Invested in a good charging port and cable.

It’s a great functional phone and feels like new. However, the screen does not look similar to the original which had OLED display(seems like it had history of screen damage and they had to replace it with a regular retina display). I mean it’s an amazing deal for a refurbished iphone! Overall my grandma loves her new pink iphone! Just don’t expect it to be perfect!

The phone seemed to work at first and was in good shape, battery life was 80% upon arrival. The touch screen would not work sometimes when trying to unlock the phone, answer calls, etc, rendering the phone useless until the screen decided to start working again. I sent the phone back almost a month ago via purolator and I am still waiting for a refund.
