Bought this a couple years ago and still using . Just what I needed for my camera set up video taping our gigs. Well made , positions well, priced well. Top fold down nice to fit in camera bag with tripod still attached. Recommend!

This is a great tool; however, it does not come with instructions or a guide showing how to use it. It would have been helpful to have a sheet with pictures demonstrating different ways to use it. It is also heavy-duty and sturdy, which is a great feature. It is not a plastic piece either.

I received the shoes and I’m so happy I didn’t have to purchase another tripod. Now I can vlog away without asking someone to film me, lol. It’s not cheap it made of great quality metal and the measurements is awesome. It locks in place with no worries of movement while vlogging, it’s smooth and it’s a sleek design.

Absolutely does NOT support 6lbs. Do not expect it to hold your cinema rig or even your DSLR without serious tilt issues. It struggles with anything over ~2 lbs. That said, and false advertising aside, it's constructed fairly well if somewhat heavy.I use it as a tilt mount for a Feelworld 5.5" monitor and it handles it fine. If they changed the description to match the actual capacity it would be 5 stars but as-is they are blatantly lying about its abilities and we shouldn't stand for that.
