They seem okay. Not my favorite but for a more natural tampon they do the job. I did notice that they tend to not absorb as well as other brands I have tried. Not the best but not the worst. They are bigger than most other regular tampons I've tried.

Those are amazing! These actually helped so much with my cramping too. I used to use Tampax and my cramping was severe! Now I have what I'd call average cramping. Love the cotton and love the mission. Will never buy scary tampons again!
