Nice
Works nicely. Make sure to use lock-tite glue. After original install bolts became loose.

Let me give you a suggestion.
Do yourself a favor especially if you live in the northeast. Buy a 10mm gun cleaning wire brush to clean the vehicles threads. Put it in a drill and spin it inside the weld nuts. Even this might not be enough. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ordering a 10 - 1.25 metric tap to re-thread the weld nuts and clean the rusty threads. If you already own a metric tap and die set be aware that this size usually does not come in a normal set, even my MAC tools thread chaser kit doesn't have this size. This will save you time and frustration trying to get the bolts to thread in. At first it feels like the wrong size bolt, it won't even start to thread. Save time and money, get a 10 -1.25 metric tap.

It looks truly wonderful, perfect alignment with the body parts
Well, it didn't take me 15 minutes; closer to 30 after I picked up supplies (see below). It looks truly wonderful, perfect alignment with the body parts. You must however, insert it at one angle, then rotate it once it starts to rise above the muffler and tailpipe. And, yes a small bit of black bottom body trim will rub as you do it---put a little lubricant there or slide a bit of cardboard or cloth between the moving and non-moving parts. I was a bit alarmed at the "48 foot pounds of torque" you are counseled to apply to the attachment bolts (supplied)---my garage-savvy neighbors agreed that wasn't much for a hitch bolt. Well, I'm an OCD guy so I went out and got some Permatex Thread Locker---High Strength (red) and applied it to the bolt end and neighboring 5-6 threads. It's not going anywhere. If I ever WANT it off, that's what God made breaker bars for. One final thought, it helped me to lift the hitch with a small garage jack which held it up while I fiddled--use a garage rag to hold it at the right angle on the jack. There, now you know everything I do.....and I would buy it again. My vehicle is a 2015 Hyundai Tucson.

Easy Install
I put this hitch on a 2012 Kia Sportage EX AWD vehicle. I was very impressed with the quality of the powder coated finish- it really looked high quality. As far as the installation, I did it alone, and it's a little awkward until you get the first bolt in one side, but it really is pretty freakin easy. It took me around 15mins. One thing that was handy was I used a Digital Torque Wrench Adapter I bought from Harbor Freight (<$30) to torque the bolts down to the perfect tightness. You put it on a regular old socket wrench and it converts it to a torque wrench. The instructions tell you how tight to torque the bolts so it was kinda nice knowing I got it on perfectly. It really was quite simple to put on- the bottom of the Kia is pretty easily accessible. As far as appearance, the only thing visible is the 2 in receiver box- the rest of the hitch is completely concealed! No ugly hitch dangling below the back end, which is the way MANY other aftermarket hitches appear. If you want a hitch on your 2012 Kia Sportage, this is definately the one to get. I think the price is a steal too.

Does Not Fit
This hitch is sold to fit a 2020 Hyundia Tucson. It does not fit. Instructions provided with the hitch clearky show it fits 2011 to 2015 Tucson The only reasion I rated this as a 1 becuse 0 was not an option.

Good quality product
This was difficult to install. It was not 15-30 minutes as I had expected. I would expect this to take minimal time (15 minutes or so) on a newer vehicle. Unfortunately, I was installing this hitch on a vehicle that was 9 years old. That said, the holes in which the bolts thread were...’dirty’. I assumed that the bolts provided were too big as I could not get them to even start to thread. After some online research, I realized I had some significant cleaning to do. PB Blaster, a good wire brush, and some time and the holes were cleaned well enough to start threading the bolts. Once thoroughly cleaned, the install was easy as originally expected.

Parte correcta
La pieza estaba maltratada en la parte visible. Igual se instala muy fácil y los tornillos no eran los adecuados.

Piece of cake to install, even with tailpipe in the way.
At first I thought this was the wrong hitch. Then I figured out I needed to pull down a little on the tailpipe to get the passenger side of the hitch above it. Not counting the time figuring that out and wondering if I had the correct hitch, it barely took me fifteen minutes to clean the nuts already mounted to the car frame, oil the bolts and install. It would have taken less time if my bottle jack (used to balance the hitch in the air) were not slightly buried in the garage and if one of the washers had not rolled down the driveway and then down the gutter in the street. There's a reason the instructions say to start on the passenger side. Those instructions however, don't tell you to pull down on the tailpipe and slip part of the hitch frame over it.
