I use this with breakfast and dinner and I love it. If I don’t remember to take it, I will find out later! It helps digestion gently without being too harsh as I’ve found some enzyme formulas to be. I never feel like my food is digesting too slowly I have no gallbladder and take metformin and this helps with any discomfort I have from these issues.

The first time I took the capsule I felt a bit of abdominal discomfort, but not anymore. However, I take 1 capsule only at dinner time, and would not exceed more than 1 capsule per day. It is fairly effective in helping with digestion most of the times. I purchased a 2nd bottle which I will take only as needed, but I have no intention of taking these long term.

These are in my schedule to be delivered automatically. They help the body when we need that help. Haven't had a problem with these.

These really seem to work! My husband used to get indigestion after eating onions and since taking these he says it’s vastly improved. I also take them and it seems to cut down on digestive issues when I eat meat and spicy foods. I recommend these for people with food issues.
