Works great!
I'm just learning to play a lap steel guitar and the lessons I've been going through mentioned this type of bar slide is the easiest/best to learn with and they are right - it fits well in the hand, is nice and smooth and the roundnose section makes it easier to isolate the string(s) you are playing and using the slide on.

Don't have any experience. This looked like a mid priced slide so I thought I would go with it.

Great slide for the money
Great slide for the money. Good tone, easy to hold.

Poorly finished
I wanted to love it, but it was poorly finished with bubbles in the chrome and conspicuous casting seams. The core is steel or maybe even cast; tone a bit lighter/brighter than you’d expect. Replaced with a Dunlop which is made of brass. Thicker tone; no finish issue. Work of art in comparison.
