I have been taking this for a few years and it's wonderful. It helps me maintain a healthy blood sugar.

I am not sure it does anything for weight control but feel it does help with high blood sugar levels.

Ladies, this is for you, i’ve had a suspicion for a long time that I have had an issue with insulin resistance. I have been very consistent at the gym, counting my calories and was never overweight, but always puffy and couldn’t lose weight anymore despite all my efforts. I’ve been using this particular brand of berberine now for several years. I’m on a subscription with Amazon and the last two bottles. The color of the capsules has been different from what I’ve been used to which is a very bright yellow capsule. I’m wondering if they’re having quality control problems because two bottles in a row have been less yellow than what I am used to seeing. Anyone else having similar issues?
