So to start over all the zipline seems to be decent quality, with that said there could be some improvements. First thing I noticed was the roller assembly cutouts were the cable goes through is too small and the cable rubs the metel making it hard for my daughter to pull it back. It also slows it down, unfortunately I noticed this after it was finished and only taking it down and filing away the housing will fix it.Second the end were the turn buckle goes only has single crimps holding the cable, so far they've held fine but 2 crimps would be better for safety.Last is not an improvement but a tip to get it tight. First wrap the cable around the tree and then put one of the cable clamps on loosely, then pull the cable as tight as you can by hand and tighten the clamp. Next attach a ratchet strap to the cable as seen in the pictures and snug it up, once snugged up loosen the cable clamp around both cables so the cables can slide freely. Next ratchet it as tight as you can and once tightened tighten down the clamp, then remove the ratchet strap and install the other 2 clamps. Now all thats left is to tighten the turn buckle.

This is an extremely cool product. At first I was very skeptical, but my boyfriend, who is a climber and rappeler. was very impressed with the quality of instruction. Is very easy to install, comes with tree protector cloth to wrap around the tree before attaching cables. Rides very smoothly and has good quality construction and parts. The only improvement would be more durable cable clamps. We bought different one at Lowe's. If you are on the fence about this product all I can say is that you won't be disappointed. This is one of the most impressive purchases I have ever made through Amazon.

When I purchased this like 6 Months ago, I was excited. Sure enough everybody happy not only little kids even teenagers. We dont have regrets on getting this 6months ago. Still there in my Yards. But everynow and when kids plays on it when theyve got a chances. Highly Recomended. A++

My Grandson loves the zipline. You do however need a tensioning device for a tight line
