The comfortable feeling is real! The soft touch is a bonus.The only reason I give 4 stars is.... that I wish it was a bit higher/taller.My husband has broad shoulder and he likes to sleep on his side.The pillow, despite its comfortable feeling, is a bit low for side sleeper who has wide shoulders.The head feels like it floats in the air and there is a gap between the head and the pillow.When you sleep on your back, it's very comfortable and good.

After trying a bunch of pillows that either went flat or felt too bulky, this one has been a solid upgrade. The shape gives good support without feeling stiff, and I’ve noticed a lot less neck pain in the mornings.The contour and armrest areas make it easier to stay comfortable whether I’m on my side or back. It doesn’t force my head into an awkward position like some memory foam pillows do.The cooling cover is a nice bonus. It really does stay cooler than my old pillow, and I don’t wake up sweaty anymore. Plus, it’s soft, removable, and easy to wash.The foam is dense but still cushions well. It keeps its shape overnight and hasn’t flattened out like others I’ve used. No strange smell either, which I appreciated right away.If you’ve been dealing with sore shoulders or restless sleep, this one’s worth a try. I really wanted to try it before writing any reviews. I have used this pillow for about 6 months now and I can truly say that it does work. No more waking up with neck and back pain, no more uncomfortable position while sleeping, no more waking in the middle of the night with migraines and pains, YES it had helped my migraines too. I used to have more migraines even while sleeping. The quality is great the size and fit for me is perfect. I’m 5’4 and this pillow has helped me with getting a really good rest during the night. I’m very glad I bought it.

Apparently, they make thistype of pillow mainly for men's sizes. This is the second pillow of this type that I've tried. The first 1 (different company) was also too big for me, not height-wise though. By that I mean, both of the pillows I've tried are about 3 inches too long in the area from the edge of the pillow (where it snugs in at the neck/shoulder area) to the button in the middle where the ear should fit comfortably. The height of the pillow is fine. There are actually 2 slightly different height sizes on each edge of the pillow (one side is a little higher, then do a 180 pillow spin and that other side is a little lower). I tried both sides of the pillow to get my ear to fit in at that indented area, nope, not happening! Fyi, I'm 5'6" so I'm not a tiny little thing trying to fit in a regular size pillow. The pillow is just too big for this average girl. I do like this pillow design so I will keep searching. This one will unfortunately have to go back. Maybe one of these companies will get it right!

I waited a while before reviewing this pillow because I wanted to really put it to the test - and I have to say... I LOVE IT. My neck pain is gone. We had two foam pillows before, and without fail, one of them would send my neck into a spasm about once a month. My chiropractor actually recommended this pillow because my neck pain had gotten so bad that I could only look left or right by turning my whole body like Michael Keaton in Batman.This pillow has been a total game-changer. Both sides cradle your head and support your neck, but one side is a bit higher while the other is flatter, so it works for a wide range of sleeping positions and body types. It’s easy to clean, durable, affordable, and absolutely worth it.I picked the black cover, but I use a regular pillowcase over it for extra cleanliness. And yes - I love it so much that it comes with me whenever I travel. If you struggle with neck pain, this pillow is 100% worth a try.
