I had to drill one hole to install but other than that it was easy. It cranks from the left side as you are looking at the boat which I was use to other side. Also took a little time on figuring out how to engage and disengage. Plenty of torque to pull my boat up.

We put it on a boat trailer.Had to pull strap off and re-wind for a different direction.

Do I have a fake? Mine says "Not for the movement of humens". Humens? Would Reese make this mistake?

Easy to install work extremely well. Could not ask for a better prduct. NOTE: this is the first season with it. New brooms always sweep clean. I'll revisit in a couple years.

I have had this winch for a couple years, and (2) of the gear axles/rods have dislodged because whatever nuts or lock washers that held them on came off. One came off within months, but I've been living with it, as I don't use that gear much. Now another came dislodged (the anti-slip gear) so I have contacted customer support, and will revise my review when they send whatever collar or nut that held each in place, just basic customer support.

Super Dope. Fit my trailer. You NEED to put an image of the bolt pattern as part of the viewing so customers can match it to their application.

Perfect winch, much better than winch I bought a few weeks ago.
