Awesome TV.
Review for LG OLED65C54LA Absolutely excellent straight out of the box. Set up was simple and intuitive. The picture quality and sound quality are fantastic. I immediately paired it to my Bluetooth amplifier, and it connected straight away. No lag. So I have now have a banging, high definition display with the audio through my chosen sound system. I really don’t think you are going to get a better display for the money! It is outstanding. And the TV itself is stunning, even from behind! Has a lovely marble effect and appears very well built. The operating system is amazingly fast and I’m only running a fibre 35 line. Thats 38 Mbs, so no complaints with streaming above that. I tested it with Top Gun Maverick. Alien Romulus and both DUNE movies, Streaming from Amazon TV, Netflix and Paramount. Needless to say, if you had plug-in Blu-ray, then obviously it would be just as good. This TV is a real daddy, and I would recommend it. 10/10 Colin from Worcester UK 👍🏻

Fantastc picture
Last TV developed a screen fault so had to be new one. After a small amount of research I went for this in the 55 inch. Can't believe how good the picture is. Not just HD but also SD as it upscales with AI? Amazon were excellent. There was an offer on and for free it was delivered, set up and all pacakging and old TV were taken away. Their TV also had an offer on so got over £100 knocked off the price. Well worth the money. It's also very light and thin and looks great on the supplied stand. The Magic Remote took some getting used to but I paired it with my Sky remote which makes life a lot easier. All in all I'm very pleased.

Brilliant picture and sound quality.
A brilliant TV with great picture quality and a lovely sound tone. The TV and remote are nice quality - solid and well-built. A decent weight, it is sturdy and looks really smart. When you switch it on, it opens onto the home screen, so you just select the TV or one of the apps. If you switch it off from Netflix, it opens directly onto Netflix again. To get back onto TV, you just press the ‘home’ button and select the TV option. The remote is the LG ‘magic’ remote which has a pointer which operates like a mouse. This can be a bit annoying at times, as it can be activated by a flick of the remote, which is quite sensitive and can be activated accidentally. You just press an arrow key to switch the function off again. (It will then pause what you’re streaming - meaning you have to press ‘play’ again, so a bit of a pain). It’s something that I’m just getting used to. Personally, it wouldn’t put me off the TV, as it’s such good quality. I’d definitely buy another one.

Great Tv
Great quantity and brightness with sharp images, the sound quality is fairly good as well. The only downfall is Bluetooth connection sometimes disconnects other than that is a very good television.

Well worth the money, would highly recommend
This is the most amazing TV I’ve ever owned the the colours are magnificent bright yellow greens, red oranges, black skies with bright glowing stars It also cleans itself to keep your picture crystal clear.

This is the best TV I've ever seen.
My last TV was one of the early 4k 49 inch Sony models, which I bought ten years ago, when suddenly there was only sound. Spare parts were a thing of the past, but then I don't think it owed me anything. What to do? I read the reviews, and went for a larger, LG OLED model, much more expensive than the Sony, but in real money, probably not that much more. My seating layout places me about five metres from the screen with along with my advancing age, explains the larger screen, and my desire for the quality of image provided by the OLED screen, and LG are supposed to be amongst the best. It's been on the wall now for about a fortnight, and to be honest, I'm still finding my way around the controls, which in my case, includes using a Sky box. But I'm getting there. What is certain however that this is truly a wonderful screen, one's eyes sink into it, it's quite mesmerising, I am delighted. The sound is okay, but nothing like as fantastic as the screen, which is not that unusual for flat screens these days. For the Sony, I wired up the headphone outlet to my HiFi, that really made a difference. For the LG, I bought a cheap and cheerful adaptor, which enabled me to run a sound outlet from the digital optical out socket, to the adaptor which converted it to analogue, then into my HiFi using the old cable. Job done. You could probably do just as well with a sound bar. Overall, I'm delighted, and I highly recommend this TV.

Well Worth Buying
Absolutely delighted with my new 48 inch ( yes no millimetres here ) tv from LG . Never purchased an LG product before but having read all the favourable reviews on Amazon for this model I decided this would be the best option. First impressions were that this tv despite being smaller than my previous 55 inch Samsung was in fact heavier and IMO much better quality and build . Instead of the two remotes supplied with the Samsung ( why 2 ?) the LG remote is a much better design and feels more user friendly. Once powered up the picture quality was impressive with none of the blurring I encountered with the Samsung. I shall only be using this LG for receiving the usual terrestrial channels via my roof aerial so cannot comment on its other features. So far So good

Amazing TV
I love this TV. Some of the settings aren't great out of the box. All the fluid smoothing, 'natural movement' settings make everything look like trash. But put it in Filmmaker Mode and turn up the brightness and the picture is stunning. Decent sound quality - not amazing but I haven't felt the need to upgrade to a soundbar as yet. Good price.
