Kreg KDRV-FLIP Quick-Flip

Great quality as always. Made my woodworking jobs go a lot faster and a cleaner look. Saved me a lot of time and not having to look for a bit it countersink with. 2 in 1 made it a lot easier and with the interchangeable bits makes it easier to drill, countersink and screw in my projects go a lot smoother to assemble.Edit: The bit broke after 3 months. Not doing anything heavy or abnormal. Not happy trying to find a new bit. Also the square bit broke on a project after 4 months. Will get it from Home Depot next time. Cheaper there and if this happens again I can replace it with no problem.

Good product. Makes it easy to switch between driver blades and drill bits when working on a project. Action is a strong and the release to change implements is solid. I would buy this again if I needed another.

It is a good product, but the flip but falls out sometimes due to not having a spring on the retainer mechanism, fix that it would be 5stars. The counter sink holes fits 3/8in dowels perfectly.

I opened the Amazon package installed the bit in a Milwalkee 18 volt battery drill , and drilled a test hole in a piece of clear pine ( soft Wood )The bit was wobbling ,, I re inserted the bit in the drill , and drilled another hole still wobbling ,, I thought maybe it's the drill ,I then inserted the bit in a Bosh 10 volt 3/8 battery drill ,, it was still wobbling visibility ,the bit drilled a oval hole ( these type of bits are hard to bend ) this is not Amazons fault , it's Kregs quality control , I resorted to the old method of drilling the 120 holes I needed to do ,and I will use this. $20 Kreg flip bit as a paper weight on my desk as a reminder !! Never To Buy any thing made by Kreg again !!Me I'm a commercial and Residential master Carpenter 40 plus years experience I make money with the tools I useDon't throw your money on Kreg products !!

This new Kreg design has really simplified the the process of predrilling and a simple motion of pull and turn screw placement. I ordered 4 for my woodshop and for a friends

Concept is good but the product quality is terrible. A. We are only restricted to one size of drill bit. B. Counter intutive locking. C. If you extend the drill bit out too much, it won't fit in the impact driver. D. The countersink results in extremely chipped off, untidy hole. Can't be used in professional setting. Not expected a terrible product like this from Kreg.
