Does it's Job. Help Reduced my anxiety and depression significantly. Although not a permanent solution but good for those who wants to break the depressive cycle or facing hardships. Although I wish the Maker to reduce Black Pepper content to only 4-5 mg/dosage(2-3mg each capsule). They've reduced it from earlier 20 mg to 10mg now, but I think it should be much lower as Indian diet is already high in pepperine. Even 1mg does it's job perfectly, 10 mg may not suit stomach health of some. A 3rd party lab report would've enriched consumer's trust further. Just a humble consideration :)

The pic shown talks only about curcumin and black pepper extract.however the one I received contains reishi mushroom extract also which makes me sleepy all day and it is making me withdrawn. I will not use it. It's basically waste of money. Any one who wishes to buy plscheck the label before opening the bottle so that you can return it.
