Great juice, but should you buy some? We wondered the same thing at first too.
Great Juice. Great taste. As you can see in the last photo, it's on our kitchen counter all the time now. And yeah, it's definitely a bit pricey, but it's nice for a special treat once in a while. I almost didn't buy this juice when I first discovered it on here. I saw all the reviews and photos of people receiving broken glass bottles and juice-soaked boxes. And by our first 3 photos you can see we got a tiny bit of that ourselves today. This stuff is made in Turkey so it travels a long way, and it's in glass so you have to expect a little breakage here and there. Thankfully, in the past year or so, Pomona has switched to a very thick and sturdy box with heavy cardboard separators between every bottle (see photo 1 and 2). That has helped a lot. It's not perfect though - out of the 5 boxes that I've bought over the last year or so (all of which were in those new/improved shipping boxes), today I received a box of plum juice that had broken bottles in it. So yeah, the new boxes are great, but not perfect. Still though, we'll going to keep buying this stuff here and there... especially since the ones we got recently were on sale for $30 for a 12-bottle case, instead of what I paid before which was closer to $40-$45 per 12 pack. But yeah, this company does everything right as far as how they make this stuff. And how they bottle it. And yes, we prefer our juice in glass (not soaking in PFAS plastic bottles or PFAS-lined aluminum cans)... so we will put up with the occasional broken bottle here and there because this is some of the best juice we've ever had... and we used to be avid home juicers. Anyway, I wish a company in the US would make stuff this good. We already buy tart cherry juice from the best sources in MI, WI, MN, etc. upper Midwest. But all those companies use plastic bottles. And eventually the science will prove that no matter how manufacturers try to improve it - all plastic will eventually be found to be bad for us, especially when it comes to storing our food and drink in it for long periods. So give us the glass every time if possible, even if it's a hassle to deal with glass from time to time. A few other things about this juice. The price sux, straight up. I wish it were $2/bottle on average. Then, it'd still be pricey but not crazy pricey like it is now (even on sale at $30/box this stuff is stupid expensive in my opinion). And yeah, again... it comes from Turkey which probably adds a lot of import costs for its long, international travel. The fact that it's produced over there made me reluctant to buy it in the beginning. Knowing Turkey, we already knew that they aren't great at enforcing some laws over there... so how are they on their 'food cleanliness' laws too?, right?! They sure don't enforce building codes in Turkey, that's for sure. We have friends over there and the govt corruption is terribly pervasive. My dad, who is in his late 80's, heard it was from Turkey and immediately said don't buy it. LOL. He traveled and lived over there for a time in the 60's but I'm sure they've improved food production safety since his time over there. Let's hope. Anyway, we took a chance and it is GREAT JUICE, so fingers crossed and all that. And so far so good after 5 boxes, with a little bit of breakage, but Amazon was quick to refund for the hassle. So I'll be buying more. I don't have a choice now - the wife loves the stuff, so I'm the hook to get it more often. LOL! You know how it is guys. haha

Healthy AND good taste
Bought this on the advice of my husbands doctor . He has a wicked cough and can’t knock it. She said pineapple ( pure) is good for thinning mucus. It has helped and my husband says it’s delicious.

Refrigerator Must
I initially purchased this product as an ingredient for a “midwives brew” to help induce when my baby was late. I had a mild seizure regarding the price, but figured, hey, I gotta do it. When I got the box I was IMMENSELY impressed with their packaging! They were packed exceedingly well. I unpacked everything put the adorable bottles into the fridge and waited for them to chill. Not long after, my mum came over and told me, “Hey, this is carrot juice by the way.” To my shock and dismay, I realized I had been sent carrot juice instead of apricot! Funny as it was, I was super upset, being how anxious I was to try the brew and get the baby out (haha), but the folks were kind and I greatly appreciated how swiftly the issue was fixed. In the interim they allowed me to keep the carrot juice, which I wasn’t sure what to do with, after all I wasn’t on the market for fresh pressed juices. But, then I figured, heck, I’ll use it as a substitute while my new shipment is on the way. The carrot juice was refreshing and delicious! I hadn’t had carrot juice in years, so it was a bit of a new experience. It’s light, sweet, and energizing for sure. Even, if you don’t like carrots, I would recommend it, especially being that the juice helped with my severe water retention! Finally, I got the apricot and WOW! I have never been partial to apricots— they’re just not my fruit I guess— but this drink was quite extraordinary and I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh taste and how thick it was. Though I preferred the carrot, I could still appreciate the apricot, and assumed it would be my last purchase. However! Howeverrrrr… The midwife brew worked. And this of course peaked my curiosity, to the point that I started to read a lot more on apricots and how good they are for the baby and you! I wish I had known about it during my pregnancy as I would have subscribed a lot sooner. Even though, as I said, I liked the carrot more, I felt the inclusion of the apricot was paramount to post partum recovery and my breastfed child. Turns out, I was right. This juice was a lifesaver!! I don’t have many negative things to say about this company or their products (at least the ones I’ve tried), granted, I’ve had a few more incidents where I get carrot instead of apricot (I’m assuming this is because of how similar their colors are, which is fair because that’s what happened to me during the unboxing AND storage & it happened with the cherry juice to me as well!), but they are quick to remedy any issues. Besides, with juice this good— taste and health wise— you can’t complain. The packaging is a solid 10/10. I’ve only had one breakage and I know it wasn’t their fault. I believe the box got chucked pretty bad somewhere along the way and even though I had a few broken bottles there were a couple still salvageable! And they helped me with the issue againnnnn! I really love this company and their products I am more than happy to give a 5/5 and definitely recommend to anyone especially for pregnancy and post partum!

Not a strong taste.
I purchased this to blend with my iced tea in a pitcher. Being organic, etc was the final factor in decision making. The peach taste was weaker than I allowed for. I used one complete bottle into a gallon pitcher. Still didn't get the peachy taste. Then I wondered if this was why so many manufacturers added white grape juice to their blends. I may have to try that. Meanwhile I noticed that 3 more bottles were gone. At nearly $4 per bottle I was wondering. Then my adult son said he liked the new tea in the small bottles. He was having 1 for the road and 1 with lunch and another at nighttime. I just didn't have the heart to tell him. His father finally told him the original purpose and the cost. His eyes popped 👀 I think I'll just let him have it and I'll find something else to use. He sure did enjoy the peach nectar but the price was just too high for my budget.

This is just SO good
This is the best carrot juice I have found. And it is so delicious! I will be ordering it again and again. And it is even in glass bottles that I can use for the quart of beet juice I bought.

great tasting drink and good folks to deal with.
My first time trying this juice and I was exceptionally pleased. Encountered a minor problem and found the company to be extremely efficient, courteous, and considerate. The entire process was an unexpected pleasure.

I really enjoy this juice, possibly a little sweet for some tastes but excellent in my opinion.
