Out-of-Body Techniques Audio CD – January 24, 2017

This product is very well produced. William's narration is perfect in the sense that it is nonintrusive. William's energy and that of the Hemi-Sync technology is neutral and sets the stage for exploration in a very graceful and sophisticated manner. I have only explored a couple of the techniques so far, but I can already tell that Out-of-Body Techniques is a very powerful tool. I am very pleased that I've invested in this set. I had to sync two of the albums manually as iTunes could not find them online. The album art work also needed to be synced manually. The balance between the background sounds and vibrations as well as Mr Buhlman's voice is just right. I live in Perth, Australia and have literally dreamt twice of attending William's workshops... These recordings make that experience a reality for me now - and I've got them available at the push of a button. Many thanks to the makers.

There are different imagery techniques within each CD. If one CD doesn't work for you, another may. Imbedded intention gives the subconscious mind permission to explore. The imagery containing the hot air balloon was effective for me. The sound quality of music and voice is quite good. I am glad I added this to my collection. I listen with comfortable, noise cancellation headphones. The trick to astral projection, aka out of body experience, is to reach a moderate or deep theta state without falling to sleep. If "awake", you will lift away from the sound of the CD. Other sounds will come, but will vary. You will see your light. You will see your body. It takes practice. Like any image mechanism that lifts you up, these CDs deliver on the "lift".

This sampling of six 'OBE exit techniques with background hemi-sync and Buhlman's vocal instruction' is helpful. It makes things easier (and to focus). I only need to go through my OBE preparation routine, and then turn on my Ipod (with the tracks on it) and follow Buhlman's instructions. Each technique with accompanying hemi-sync sound is about 45 minutes.As Buhlman suggests within the included guidebook (which is also available for FREE on his web site in PDF format), people respond differently to exit techniques. Some are good at visualization. Some are more tactile-oriented. Some just need a strong affirmation with some sound assistance (e.g., raising my hand here). And ... these choices are each included included in this 6 CD set.

As advertised. My CD arrived in a well packaged fashion. And in a timely manner. I love the OBE techniques in the CD's. Looking forward to a new adventure in this realm.

I really enjoyed this set. The longer meditations allow for reaching a deeper level.

Buhlman leaves the recipient of the cd in no man's land. "I'll give you some time..." and then he's gone along with any instruction at all. Could not believe all that is missing from these cds. Very disappointed. I'm going to see what options there exist for return and refund. Not at all pleased with this product. Surprising because of his book "Adventures Beyond the Body."
