Perfect size for an omelet.
Awesome pan ! It makes great omelets . They are fluffy and the size is just perfect. We add cheese, ham and it came out great! You gotta try this pan!!

Easy to use
This pan it easy to learn, no sticking issues and easy to clean -- only problem is I should have gotten a bigger one. Heat distribution is wonderful, no hot spots and heats up quickly. Functionality is great -- easily handled, items removed from pan, great grip and items are easy to slide, tip and moved. This pan works perfectly for eggs, breads and other such thingsGreat purchase!

Nice omelet pan
I looked at many small pans to coo omelets. I picked this one.cause I liked the description & the reviews. I LOVE this little pan! The best little omelet pan . Eggs don't stick....they slide right out & the spatula is great too.

Works great Make a rectangular mini omelette
The pan works great however it's smaller than it appears in the ad or I just didn't read the ad correctly I do not remember. It's perfect for making a american sized sliced bread melted cheese sandwich.Would be great for a small studio apartment in New York City or anywhere for that matter

I saw this on the internet and when I started to use it , I fell in love with it, it’s slice of very easy and it’s a great buy for cooking

Fun omelet option - Surprisingly easy
Surprised how easy this was to use. Spritz with oil and wipe away with paper towel, or rub in a bit of butter, and it is very, very non-stick. Watched one youtube video on "how to make a tamago roll" and then made a half dozen darn near perfectly.For creatively, I add herbs, thin sauces/pestos, sprinkled cheese, etc. These worked great. Anything used must crumbled/mined into very small bits to work well. I did paper-thin mushrooms and that worked too.While I have a reasonably wide spatula, probably will get one that exactly fits this pan.We also use it for small saute actions like toasting almonds, spices, capers, etc.Wipes clean easily once cool.Great gift for a foodie cook!Hope this was helpful!

SPATULA MISSING
arrived with no spatula---plastic seal on pan was torn and perhps somone intentionally removed the spatula, or it fell out and was lost after production---had chosen this model over some others in part to included small spatula
