The A80 pro is a great tool and a good price. I haven’t used customer support yet but their correspondence is excellent. Highly recommended if you are a car buff or professional mechanic.

Great bidirectional scan tool
Customer service is great. I originally received a defective unit but XTOOL remedied this within days. I've had no problems with the new unit. I've used it to diagnose multiple vehicles with great accuracy. I would recommend this unit to anyone who needs something more than a code scanner.
