Know your hat size. I did not know mine or that 7.5 was a large. 3 stars because I had to return it.I think this hat looks great on, when I've seen it on others.

Stylish, comfortable, packable. All that on top of its sun and UV protection. A little pricey, but cheaper than a dermatologist who repairs potentially dangerous sun damage to your skin. Mine fit perfectly, but I did not immediately find in the listing an indication of size, and wonder if it's uni-size.

this hat is everything I could ever want in the high desert. It arrived in perfect condition, quick shipping. I tried it on and the top of the hat is so shallow it doesn't come down enough to stay on in the wind. It was about 2 inches above the tops of my ears. I don't have an unusual head shape and it is not overly large, hat would need the under chin tied at all times. Nice hat though.
