I had to quit taking Fish Oil supplements because they're always so big and uncomfortable to swallow. Finally, my practitioner gave me some that, the first one got stuck in my throat!! YIKES!!! I’ve been buying this supplement for my elderly mother for almost a decade. This brand is by far the best for her health. She uses it for inflammation, her memory, and overall health. She’s also not able to swallow these.

These are great. I have such a hard time swallowing large pills and fish oil ones are usually the worst. I have yet to take them long enough to review based on how they make me feel, but swallowing these is much easier than standard fish oil gels.

I have 2 of these fish oil gels right before I sleep everyday! It is a soft gel texture so it is easy to swallow, especially with water. There is also a lemon taste to it, so after you eat it there is no smell of fish oil in your mouth after.
