These are classical strings intended for a classical guitar. Wrong strings for an acoustic guitar.

Q: What is the difference between high tension nylon and normal tension ? i need to find strings that do not require a lot of finger strength

If you need strings with less finger strength required, go with normal tension for sure. High tension will require more strength and will slightly increase the height from the fret. High or even extra high tension can increase volume in some cases, feel better for some and depending upon neck set up, eliminate buzzes for some frets. Start with lower tension strings and build up strength before you try higher tension strings - my opinion. 😁

Q: Will these fit on a short scale guitar for kids?

These are not short scale strings. Also, expensive. If it's for a child, purchase something less expensive. I'd check with your local music store and ask for advice on the correct string for the guitar.
