I received this product approximately one year ago. It was easy to assemble because the video was so well done, the written instructions were clear and complete, and there were labels attached to the parts (for example, "Tab A" and "Slot A"). The walker has held up well to several trips through multiple airports. During my last trip, I forgot to remove the cane holder before gate-checking the walker and the cane holder fell off. The airport crew looked but couldn't find it, so I needed to order a new one; however, I didn't know how to do that. When I sent an email to the company, I was contacted immediately by Ivy, who asked the right questions, provided the information I needed, and followed up to make sure the problem was solved to my complete satisfaction. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I'm grateful to Ivy for her courtesy, diligence and professionalism. She made the whole process easy.

I really like it. It's very sturdy and easy to put together. I weight 275 lbs and the seat not only fit me but held me up just fine. I highly recommend this one.

First, This walker is really easy to put together. It works really well. My husband, with Parkinson's. likes it. It moves easily. Brakes are good. Seat is comfortable.

Excellent product good price

This thing is HUGE! The seat height is not adjustable and is about 22"; I'm 5'6" and my feet don't touch the ground. It will barely go through the standard doorways in my house.It is well-constructed and was very easy to assemble, even with one arm in an elbow brace. For the price, I'm considering keeping it as my outdoor expedition companion. But it's useless inside the house and there is no way I could get it into my car by myself.

Just got this and my wife really likes it. It’s easy to assemble and folds up easily to fit in the van. The chair is comfortable to sit in. Look at the video first to see how the brake cables wind through the support structure and it will save you some time in putting it together. The brakes lock by pushing down on the handles. It appears to be pretty well constructed and should last. I’m surprised with the ball bearings in the wheel axles instead of just a regular shaft.

I got this for my mom who’s experiencing mobility issues with/with assistance. It rolls easily. And it’s smooth. The wheels maneuver well around the corners in the house. The seat is very sturdy. And the height is perfect. The assembly was easy. It fold easily for transport. Also it’s not too heavy for me to move. Oh. And it have brakes. Awesome. A hand brake that can be used when needed while walking and set when in the sitting position. I think it’s a great buy. Well worth what I paid. (Like $130 I think. Would definitely recommend.
