Apple iPhone 13, 256GB, Midnight (Renewed)

I highly recommend this item. It arrived quickly as you would expect from Amazon. The condition is as new and functions perfectly. The price is very fair.

Ive had my phone for over a year now and it’s still as perfect as the day I got it. Money well spent. Never had any problems at all, highly recommend. My boyfriend bought a ‘renewed’ phone from Cex 4 months ago and it’s already broken, whereas I’ve never had any problems with this phone from Amazon! Super quick delivery too from what I remember!

I feel I have to write a review for the phone I received. There were problems from the start - the phone looked ok but quickly I realised there were issues - it scrolls on it own when you are reading articles (very annoying). it deletes entire emails as you are writing them on the phone - there were clear problems but i was loath to go through there process of exchanging. I recently also dropped it and having purchased a good case for the phone, I now find that the entire back has shattered and the on/off switch no longer works. I strongly suspect the phone had been dropped before (which is why it shattered so easily and I think caused all the issues present on the phone. It is the most expensive phone I have owned - I bought it back in January and am forced to now get a new one. Be Warned!!

Arrived looking as good as new! Even had the protective film on the screen. Very happy & hopefully will have a very happy son come Christmas morning :-D Would have given a 5* review had it come with the box but nevertheless, so happy with this purchase

The phone was described accurately, the price was competitive and the delivery was next day by prime. The purchase went very smoothly. The phone set up went well and was working an hour after delivery.

When the phone arrived I was a bit worried as the packaging was not great but the phone looked to be in perfect condition inside the box. After a few weeks of use I first noticed an issue when people were ringing me that they couldn’t hear me unless I put it on speaker phone. Then all of a sudden, I noticed the screen had a bit fault down the left hand side and it started flickering and flashing. It was as though the phone had suffered a bad drop or impact but nothing had actually happened to the phone. I requested a return thinking it would be covered under warranty but have been told as the phone is ‘damaged’ I can only have a 40% refund of the original price. I have queried this with Amazon but they were not able to help either. My previous renewed iPhone from a different supplier has lasted 3 years so I’m really disappointed and it’s put me off buying another Amazon renewed phone. I suspect the phone suffered damage before I got it but the affects to the screen have not become apparent until now. As there is no way I can prove I haven’t damaged the phone, I have lost out :(
