The assisted living facility where my husband is staying used this brand. Because of the expense (assisted living charge) I thought I could save some money and bought Depends at Costco. What a disaster! In our experience, there is no comparison. Now I order Medline from Amazon. No leakage. No odor. No complaints.

I bought these once before and was not happy, but the price was good so decided to try them one more time. This batch was much, much worse! They don't absorb fast enough and leak out the sides like crazy. I also noticed they are larger than normal, which makes leakage even worse. I don't know what I'm going to do with the packages I have left... The way they leak, it's not worth attempting to use them. Total, complete failure!

I guess this kind of product's efficiency depends on the fit, and everyone is different. I used this at a rehab facility and found it more effective than most - better fit, more absorbent, softer, less leakage. I made sure to find out the make before I went home. It's more expensive than what I usually use and I'll have to decide if all the positive features outweigh the higher price - I will probably continue using them and have recommended them to others.
