Being a new item for me makes this review is based on first impressions, and on the first use I am impressed. Usually, I wait a while to build up the details of ownership for a more comprehensive review, but this product doesn’t need that.It feels ergonomically better than a traditional handle.The adjusting mechanism is very easy to unlock and lock.The product feels sturdy, commercial grade, well-built and hygienic.The weight makes work effortless yet feels strong and sturdy. The diameter of the handle makes control and use easier and feel more ergonomic.This is the perfect product for maintenance in both the residential and commercial environment. I recommend it over a traditional handle and the value will be felt when you use it.

I love this, it a commercial grade which last very long and makes cleaning super easy I so them in a hospital and I wanted to give it a try a home and woks amazing.. the only thing its everything comes separate stick , head and mop heads but in case you need to replace something at least you don’t have to buy the whole thing again. Quality its very good ! Heavy duty metal ! its a most have!

This is an excellent piece of equipment, as is the metal/plastic mop frame, which you also need to purchase for its most common use. Yes, it is a pricey investment. What you attach after you selected these 2 pieces is up to you, unless you desire something specialized like traditional mop heads.I've used this extensively for floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and pretty much anything else that needs washing. Just apply your preferred mop head, then your preferred cleaner, and get to work. I use these every day at work. The durability is the best I've seen of similar equipment, which eventually failed (usually the extender mid-handle). In fact, I've yet to see the core HYGEN frame fail. I purchased this item for personal use after recognizing its reliability.If there's one gripe, even with a 5 star review, it's the "swiffers" themselves. Old ones tend to fray, and then the fabric may wind up in the "velcro" of the separate mop frame. Easy fix to remove it in a few minutes, but just letting you know. I know this because we work with companies that deliver the swiffers, like UniFirst. Hospital folk will know what I mean.

My wife bought this on the recommendation of another reviewer who said it would be a good replacement for the more expensive 3M version. We live on a very limited budget. But down here the environment is quite dusty. It was worth sacrificing a few other things to get these items to tackle an on-going problem. Now all we have to do is re-order the 3M duster sheets when we run out. However, you can use both sides of the sheets; they will probably last more than six months. I'm not sure since our previous box was larger.Meanwhile the Rubbermaid Quick Connect BOTTOM section which attaches to this pole on review came with a fiber cloth attachment for wet mopping. Saves buying another cleaning tool or two.

this thing is great. its a little over priced i think but i bought it knowing this. its pretty nice and isn't even comparable to those swiffers and other things my wife buys. firstly i don't know who they're designed for... really short men and women? teenagers that haven't hit puberty? this product extends to a reasonable height and is adjustable to the user. the only thing that bugs me is the connector to the actual head looks like plastic and i would guess that will be the weak link. to be fair it hasn't had an issue yet. this would be awesome for windows too. i use it to mop out my garage cause i have an epoxy coating so it mops well. this way my infant can toddle around in there and not get covered in sanding dust and whatnot.

The handle is adjustable and collapses for tight spaces or short people. I saw it used at a hospital, but I use at home. I got the bundle w mop head and pads. They do a good job on dirt and dog hair/slobber. Just snatch off the dirty pad (they Velcro to the mop head) and stick a clean one on. Throw dirty ones in the washer.
