Awesome. Just fantastic.
I've had a biceps tendon tear, and the surgeon put it down to RSI from using a mouse with my arm hanging off the desk, or stretched out in front of me too far. I have tried a few static supports, and they are OK - but too narrow. I made myself one out of plywood, but my home desk is a secretary desk so that would mean holes in the front. Not sure what the complaints are about not enough padding - nobody complains that a desk is made of wood! I find it very comfy. I'm 5'11 and 230 and have reasonably big forearms and it fits just fine.I LOVE that it moves with my from keyboard to mouse, so you're never lifting your arm - which is likely what caused the RSI injury to my biceps tendon. Also love the fine height-adjustment by screw - you can go from ~10mm below flush to the desk surface, to about 120mm above it, which is overkill, but, could be useful for some.Tempted to get another for my left arm, though it just kinda rests there while typing.

Relieves loads of stress on my wrist!!
Though it takes a short while to get used to it, this arm rest is wonderful! I noticed a near immediate relief in my wrist when used full time for the first time. It is an easy transition from using the mouse to typing on the keyboard with this thing. I rest my arm just below the elbow on the arm rest and it rests perfectly above my desk so the burning and nerve pain in my wrist is alleviated. In fact, when I've tried to do about 20 minutes of work on my computer WITHOUT this arm rest, my wrist started to hurt again within 10 minutes. I am a teacher and utilize my computer all day long so any relief is welcomed. If you have any problems with your wrist or elbow hurting from using a mouse and keyboard for long periods of time, I would definitely recommend this arm rest! The only issue I have, if you can really call it an issue, is that I have large arms and they don't fit within the cuff as well as they could. However, it doesn't cause any real discomfort for me, I just have a cuff outline on my arm after using it (haha).

Great product! (could use a more elegant design)
The adjusting mechanism is not very intuitive, need to twist the screws. But it's offering a great support and definitely helps. I bought two and kept this one.

Good if you're a dainty butterfly.
I'm assuming this would be good for kids and people with flimsy arms but as a semi-muscular man this isn't that useful. The feel gets pretty flimsy with weight which is a problem if you're an artist because you want to move your forearm around in smooth motions and weight like I'm talking will make this stick slightly every time right before it rotates. That'll mess up your lines every time pretty much.

Must have for smaller desks
Very comfortable. Material doesn't cause any chaffing or irritation, I was worried about it collecting sweat but that is not an issue.I play a lot of Marvel Rivals and it doesn’t hinder my mouse in the slightest, in fact it helped since I can rest my arm on it and use my wrist for precision.

They work and were easy to install/use.
Simple enough design with easy attachments to the desk top. They are pretty adjustable and the adjustment mechanism is simple. I haven't needed anything outside of the range possible. The early symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome are alleviating. So, mission accomplished with an affordable, easy to use devise. Seem sturdy enough to last as well. Was going give a 4 star as it might be useful for them to do a right and left version. As they can bend either way, they sometimes bend the wrong way for either side when you first pull them in and you have to take a minute to get them in the proper 'bend'. But, I guess its not really that big of a deal.

The plastic curved "cup" part, with the pad, where the arms lay tends to wear away and break off.
When it isn't broken it's a fantastically useful device. Perfect for holding arms in front of desks. The largest problem is the the plastic part I lay my arm on. I call this the "cup".There is a countersunk hole in the center of this cup.Over time, the cup rocks side to side and slowly wears away until the plastic part holding the screw inside snaps, the cup falls off and you're left with a bare aluminium bar.BEHOLD! Feast your eyeholes upon the fugly potato quality diagram I included with this product review. The portion that is coloured in "red" is the part where it breaks. They really need to replace the entire plastic cup with a cast or machined aluminium duplicate, whichever is easier and/or cheaper for them to accomplish. That or else they need to rethink how they attach the cup to the arm in the first place. Make it more robust.I bought this particular item on July 24, 2023. Today's date is April 4, 2024.I would really like for these to last longer than 9 months. Preferably for a couple of years.I hope this review is helpful for others.
