We have a flagstone patio and walk. Both were various shades of black, brown and green, including some lichen. The Jantz surface cleaner worked like a champ ... attached it to a 3,300 PSI Ryobi gas powered pressure washer. Last time I had it cleaned, around 6 years ago, the guy removed the flagstones and did an acid wash ... a $2,000 bill. Now I can do it myself every year in a couple of hours. Easy to attach. All stainless steel. Good quality. Highly recommend this cleaner.

I rarely write reviews, but this product exceeded all expectations. I was concerned because my pressure washer only has 2300 psi, and I was concerned that it would not clean well enough when the spray was split between two nozzles to actually speed things up. It cleaned flawlessly. Very impressed with the quality of the construction and the ease of use.Edited to fix the star rating.

After previously wasting money on two Briggs & Stratton brand units, decided to pay a little extra and give this one a try based on construction and other reviews. Wish I had bought it years ago - performance is so much better and handles twice as easily. The nozzles also seem to rotate at a higher speed which reduces the chances of circular patterns appearing later; which is the concern with the cheaper competitor’s model.Bottom line, I would buy again - money well spent.

This thing made my life a lot easier. if you're doing flat surface work (patio, walkway, driveway, etc.) then having one of these cleaners is a no-brainer and I strongly recommend it. Note that the machine itself is 14" wide, but It is a 12" cleaning path. This is pretty typical in this price range.This particular cleaner is pretty good and has worked well for me. it does a good, consistent job and doesn't skip or slow down or stop spinning. The included lances for extension are sturdy and work well and are useful even with other tools. The included accessories (spare nozzles, etc.) are nice to have.My only complaint is that using the lance itself to push it along by the fitting seems like a weak design and it can wobble a bit. The machine itself is very stout and seems to be quite well built. I expect to get a lot of life out of it. The wheels are pretty good though the wheels can bind up and fight you if you're in an area with poor drainage and the water level is too high. No big deal.

Looked at the big box stores for something comparable and the prices were double to triple the cost of this product to be on wheels. Read reviews and watched videos of it in action and all the claims are true! It works and does an excellent job. I sprayed down my back patio, sidewalks and driveway with a pump spray to start the process and let it set all morning. Used my powerwasher wash feature and then hooked up this. If you are a weirdo like me it was so gratifying seeing it in action. Does not make a huge mess with debri flying all over the place either. The skirting keeps it from flying out the sides. Seems very sturdy and I believe it will hold up well. I think I will be the envy of the neighbors with this thing:)

The build quality was a lot better than I expected. Probably not commercial quality but more than enough for homeowner use. This washer worked really well. I have a large/long concrete driveway with a lot of trees along it. The concrete gets really dirty with tree sap over the course of a couple of years. Usually takes most of two days to clean with just the pressure wand. This cleaner cut that time in half. It required a lot less effort and was much less tiring than holding the wand for hours.

This is a must for cleaning concrete. Works GREAT! Get the job done in half the time. No more sore back. A must have. Worth every penny!

Outstanding product. Easy to assemble. Stainless is great. Cleans exceptionally well.
