What is the ball weighted with?

I think it's just a thicker material. There's nothing that rotates around inside the ball it's filled with air. My daughter is a Setter and uses it to practice. She has set about a hundred sets a day laying on the floor.

What is it's official weight? It's for a 15 year old girl

16 oz. Setter's training ball and should be fine for a 15 year old.

Are there heavier weighted balls or is this the heaviest?

? Never heard of any being heavier but this is 75 percent heavier so I would think to avoid hurting your fingers this works great honestly
