It does what it’s supposed to do!
I first looked at Phomemo to create cute stickers and logo things that I saw a crafter make in a crafting vlog. I then discovered that these relatively inexpensive thermal printers print out mailing labels, which is something I hated doing because I would print on paper on my laser printer, then cut out and then tape to the box I was mailing. It looked ok but was truly a pain to do when mailing 50 items at a time. I bought the Phomemo and it worked right out of the box. It doesn’t print images very well, but it’s not supposed to be used for that, so for what it’s supposed to do, it works well. I’m so happy my packages now look very professionally labeled and mailed. And it’s pink! Love pink.

The best thermal printer purchase!
It was my first thermal printer purchase and I'm glad I got this one!! Super easy to use and so convenient. I can bring it anywhere and prompt it to print from afar! Did I mention the great price?

Very easy to use. Worked well with my phone but very black,white and boring. I missed my window to return but if I hadn't I would have sent it back.
