Great product with a great price.

The product looks like other B2 capsules I have taken. These are a little more powdery. The thing that is significant is that you need to take 4 caps instead of just 1 like the other brand I was taking to get the same mg.I take a lot of pills and to add 3 more for the same dose is absurd. But I did not look and just saw that it was less expensive and ordered.

The best price to item value I found. Will keep buying monthly.These capsules are just fine, help reduce my migraines and make my potty’s bright yellow.If your body doesn’t use it all, it dumps what it can’t.

Riboflavin has a variety of benefits, including helping with nerve issues. I take some every morning.This is good riboflavin, but the labeling is sketchy. There is only 100 mg of riboflavin per pill. So, it's not 400 mg. That is the amount contained in 4 pills. I prefer the lower dose, but some may want more.Also, these tablets are dusty and riboflavin is very bright and yellow-orange. Be careful what you touch afterward.This company is a great company, minus the labeling stuff. Carlyle tests their products and you can always count on them.

I had painful cracks at the corners of my lips that wouldn’t go away, even with lip balm. I started taking Vitamin B2 , and after a few days, the cracks started to heal. Now the edges of my lips feel much better. I didn’t realize it could be caused by a vitamin deficiency, but this really worked for me.

This product is horrible. I am supposed to take 400-500mg of B2 per day and this was a little cheaper than the one I normally buy so I thought "why not?!" Turns out the labeling is misleading - each tablet is only 100mg so you have to take 4 of them, making this only a 45 day supply. Secondly, this is the messiest version of B2 I have ever taken. After taking a single pill, my fingers are yellow, the straw in my water bottle is yellow, and my tongue is yellow. I store these in a pill container that might also now be stained yellow forever. I am big on not wasting things I've spent money on but I am very tempted to just throw these in the trash. Considering they are already scamming you by mislabeling the bottle, they could atleast put some coating on the tablets.
