My husband just has sinus surgery and got his deviated septum fixed when I tell you that this is the only thing that he could stand to put ice on his face with, I mean it. He was miserable and could not get relief until we bought this. I think the way it sat on his face and distributed cold was a lot more comfortable for him than anything else we had tried, including Dr. recommendations. I also have tried it and it helped with sinus pressure from a cold. I would buy this again. It has a soft side that keeps the temperature from being too cold and that was really helpful. You can use this for beauty, I suppose - eye puffiness and circles and all the things in the description.... But what I bought it for was for the dreaded sinus headaches. You know the ones, you fellow sinus sufferers, when the weather changes and your head feels like it might explode? Sometimes cold feels good... sometimes warm.... well you're in luck! You can cool OR heat this then just relax and feel better. Before I got this I used to hold a mug of hot coffee or tea to my cheekbones next to my nose.... this mask covers my whole face. It's fleecy and soft on the inside, with the gel beads on the outside. Just pop it in the freezer, or heat it 10-15 seconds at a time in the microwave to desired heat level. The elastic straps on the back go around the back of your head and attach with velcro to hold it on your face. Easy peasy! So you can pamper yourself as you relax in the bath on a "me night".... or whip it out when a sinus headache strikes for some blessed relief. I am an average sized adult and it was sized just right to fit my face. Buy one for yourself, and buy another for your girlfriends or anyone you know who suffers from sinus headaches, this mask really helps!

Good product! Definitely gets cold and feels good on the skin! I love the soft material on the side that touches the skin. Doesn’t stick to you. I use it to depuff my face in the morning! Great price! I wish it did fit to my face a little bit better but overall good!

I love the weight & quality of the material this mask is made out of. I have kept mine in a ziplock bag in the freezer, then switched to keeping it in the fridge. The cool down process is basically the same time. You will have to keep putting the mask in the fridge to keep it cool. The soft side is along the lines of velour. Super soft & comfortable. The downside is the velcro on the straps that hold the mask in place at the back of your head. It can & will snag your hair. Be careful.
