Perfect for softer cheeses. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe... it's a no-brainer.I make a lot of pizza, and the part I've always dreaded most was grating the mozzarella. Now that's my favorite part and I dread making the sauce instead!Sometimes with the softer cheeses (mozzarella and gouda are the ones I've tried) you'll get some clogs or a few strings here and there, but compared to a box grater, it's 1000x easier and more convenient.What would be spectacular would be a built-in way to store all the components when not in use. Not necessary, but would make it a little easier to keep together.Oh man, almost forgot. Carrots! My significant other is a carrot cake lover and I'm usually coerced once a year into making a birthday carrot cake. As a previous shred-dreader, I always hated making that cake because of how many carrots I had to peel and shred... I still have to peel them, but the shredding part now borders on being fun.Time will tell how long this stays sharp, but I'll buy another one before I go back to the box.

It's easy to change the blades it works great goes together pretty easy so that's about all I can say

I love mine! So easy to change out and to clean. We shred alot of cheese and works so well and much quicker than my hand held shredder! Also like all of the different attachments! Sticks to counter without slipping. Great product!

Tiktok influenced me to want one of these things, but the price tag there (at the time) was not very nice. Came to Amazon, saw this one on sale and said "why not?"Let me just tell you-- this thing does what it says!It's made of plastic and I don't trust it in the dishwasher though.PROS:- goes through cheese, raw potatoes, carrots, squash, zucchini, chicken, apples and literally everything I've thrown at it- comes with a nice little brush to help clean out the blades!- comes apart and goes together very easily- has a large hole that the grated/shredded/sliced stuff can come out of so stuff doesn't get stuck in there- if you use the suction thing at the bottom it is NOT MOVING (it is temperamental though, make sure there is a flat, clean surface for it to stick to. I didnt notice between cleaning a carrot shredded stuck to the bottom before I placed it and it wiggled all over)CONS:- makes you want to shred everything in it- the internals are white... and stain pretty easily. I shredded 6 carrots and have a permanent orange stain even though I washed it as soon as I was done- the hole in the top could be a bit taller! My personal preference here, but when grating cheese (I feed 6, so if I do taco night it's a pound of cheese I shred) abd I cut in chunks, if I want to use the little pusher thing I have to shred half of the cut before I can use it.- there isn't a fine shred option. I'd really love this for doing stuff like parmesan for carbonara.Overall, if you want one, I'd still highly reccomend this!

Item is not sturdy and unable to handle solid foods like cheese potatoes . It will take two people to use the device. I would not recommend and will replace when I find a more sturdy device
