Very pleased with this pillow. Am 67 and have problem sleeping as have neck problems, this pillow is graduated up to 6 inches. it is nice and long , not short and fat, so sleeping on it is very comfortable. I use mine with my pillow and have been getting good nights sleep ever since I started using it. Has nice cover and can be used alone without pillow. Would recommend.

What can I say? It's a good sized wedge shaped firm foam pillow. Does exactly what you think it would, when placed at the head of the bed, elevating your back and head. Note: If, like me, you find it raises your back/head a little more than you would like - Place it under, rather than on top of, the mattress; which shallows the angle a little.
