Wipe the handrail with water and wipe it down with a nonabrasive or microfiber cleaning cloth.

Q: Does the rail get hot in the sun on hot days?

Yes, like any other metal. Since it is powder coated, there is some control over the temperature.

Q: What tools do I need to install this handrail?

You will need a Hand-held power tool like a drill with a screwdriver bit set and, at times hack saw if cutting is required.

Q: What size is the drill bit, and what are the dimensions of the concrete anchors in terms of length and diameter?

The Drill Bit is 8mm or 5/16. Anchor is 3” long. Both the drill bit and anchor have the same diameter.

Q: Can this handrail be painted or stained to match my decor?

Yes, in a way it would add another layer of protection, however, the reason our finishing is powder coated black is it is resistant to flaking, chipping, scratches, and color deterioration.
