The Black Flag Roach Motels have been around for a long time and for good reason. They work! Somehow, we got a minor infestation of roaches. Sprays can be hazardous as heck to your health, your pets, fish, birds etc. I have tried several other brands of sticky traps without much success. Mainly, the roaches would use the traps as a hangout and then go about their business like nothing was holding them back. This is NOT true of the Black Flag Roach Motels. The attractant in the trap draws them in, and the glue in the trap KEEPS them in until they die. But I did discover something that made these traps work even better. Science has determined that several species of roaches have developed a dislike for any glucose based traps. This is why sugar baited traps don't always work. I got a few without the quick add trick below. PEANUT BUTTER! I put a small amount of peanut butter in each trap using a craft stick to apply the PB in the center of the trap like a smear. That was like putting a sign up for the roaches that read "Free Lunch Kids! Come and get it!" The roaches checked in, died and did NOT check out. To use the traps simply put them where you have either seen roaches, or their droppings and wait a few days. Once the bottom gets filed, simply turn the trap over and let it do it's thing. You won't need any extra peanut butter since it will still draw them in. Once you have filled both sides, simply throw it away in the garbage. These come 2 to a package with a total of 12 packages (24 traps). Once our infestation was gone, I followed up with roach bait and SOME spray to act as a barrier spray. The reason for the bait is to get them to go back to the nest with it and die. Roaches are cannibalistic, and will eat their dead. The poison stays in their bodies, and as other roaches eat the dead one, they die as well, and the cycle goes on and on. I also keep the spray as a spot-killer for if I see one moving around. Spray it and THAT roach dies. Then just sweep it up and toss it out. You don't want his family coming to the funeral feast. These traps worked to help eliminate the problem along with bait and spray. I haven't seen one now in several days. 24 traps should be more than enough to handle any problems you might have with the little beasties. Roaches check in...but they walk right back out. I set up a camera hoping to see where the roach was coming from. Got a few videos of the same place which is where we decided to put the trap. Sure enough, the pest went right to the trap, looked around, then walked right in. Could see its eyes when it turned around and was definitely inside not on the lip. Called Black Flag. Rep said I had to give it time to work. I repeated that I have it on camera that it did go inside. He said maybe not far enough. Watching the video again, it did go beyond the lip. He didn't seem concerned at all and did seem to be in a hurry to get off the call.

This product WORKS VERY WELL. I will be By this product In the future Whenever it is needed Because they actually work. No spraying, no chemicals. Just unwrap the Box and put them out. That's all you have to do. You don't have to worry about getting anything on your hands. No fumes. Just be careful if you have cats. Cats tend to like to stick their paws Inside the Box. Just place them Out Of Reach of animals and children. Roach motels are worth the money.

always my go to buy a 24 pack set out 8 single traps leave them out for a while until I switch them out, I rarely see them anymore and I hunt for them I carry a torch and Everytime I see one I burn it to death I also burn the ones in the traps I've tried spraying home defense just around the fridge and stove we are very clean and never had them before in my life unfortunately we moved into a mobile park and we got a fridge and stove second hand from people that don't live in a park and the stove and fridge are super nice and not sure if they came from neighbors house or from the fridge or stove or the dumpster 50 yards away I've bombed the house before once and used 2 cans per room but they always seem to live thru it I'll shut out all the lights in the kitchen and go out in 30 min intervals and burn the ones I find and between the motels, the home defense spray and burning ones I rarely see them anymore but there still around for sure, I have 3 people living in the house and 4 cats that go inside and outside so it's hard to bomb the house and keep the cats and everyone out for 4 plus hours and the home defense I don't want to spray it anywhere the cats can get into it
