The pills I have to cut in half (and occasionally quarters) are very small, powdery, and honestly the most frustrating things on the planet. I'm allowed absolutely no extras of them, so every time I accidentally pulverize a pill, I have to compensate by shorting myself a dose later on in the month when I run low. Traditional pill cutters from the store were causing this to happen at least 40% of the time, which made pill cutting a nail-biting nightmare every time.The first two dozen or so cuts of this are absolutely beautiful. As the blade begins to wear, you'll get a little more fraying, but that's to be expected. There's still a margin of human error in play too where you can press too hard or too softly, center it in the mold incorrectly, or just otherwise have the planets line up wrong -- but overall, this is BY FAR the most effective and least frustrating pill cutter I've ever used in my life. They give you a ton of different size molds for different sized pills and also throw in several extra little containers to hold those molds AND the cut pills, which I thought was a kind touch. The pressure on either side of the pill ensures that even if you get some crumbling, it's kept very minimal. Overwhelmingly the cuts are clean and my pills are perfectly halved, no crumbling or fraying, a good 90% of the time. That is much, much, much better than my old 40% success rate.There are a lot of pill cutters out there that will do the job, but honestly this is the one I find myself preferring over all the others. It's a great product and if I'm going to be honest, the first time I used it and it cut my pill in half perfectly twelve times in a row, I actually teared up a little. After years of frustration trying to deal with crappy pill cutters, this is a breath of fresh air. Do yourself a favor and snag it.

I love it! My oval pill that is wide in the middle, skinny on the ends fits perfectly in the mold and was cut well.

This inconsistency not only affects the accuracy of dosage but also leads to frustration and wasted medication.Additionally, the silicon holder, which is intended to secure the pills in place during cutting, proved to be ineffective. Rather than providing stability, it often added to the difficulty of the process, resulting in further irregular cuts.Perhaps most disappointing is the lack of durability exhibited by this pill cutter. Over time, the entire unit began to deteriorate, with components loosening and the overall structure becoming less reliable. Considering the importance of consistent medication management, this lack of longevity is unacceptable.On a positive note, the inclusion of two large pill organizers was a convenient feature, but it hardly compensates for the shortcomings of the pill cutter itself.In conclusion, while the Fullicon Pill Cutter may initially seem like a convenient solution for splitting pills, its subpar performance and lack of durability make it difficult to recommend. Those in need of a reliable pill cutter would be better off exploring other options on the market.

waste of time, money, resources, and land fills.Too many steps to cut a pill and sometimes the pill doesn't cut, the rubber inset(per pill size & shape ) falls out, gets cut thru. SO MANY movements to cut a damn pill- it's nuts!

Finally, a pill spitter that works and does not mess up your pills. Love the inserts that come with this. Found the perfect size insert for my pill. I have bought so many different kinds of splitters, none worked correctly. The inserts are a wonderful addition to this product; they are what make this spitter so much better than the other ones on the market.I have to spit one of my prescription medications, per doctor's order, so glad I bought this one.
