Comfortable & easy

Seems good.....
Easy connection to phone and computer so I can use the same headset for my calls and teams meetings which is really convenient. I can hear crystal clear and people initially could hear me really well however after a recent update via the app I'm getting the sense that people are struggling to hear me on teams, so much so my last meeting ended with us doing by phone as it wasn't working, the headset worked on the phone fine so I will watch and assess over the coming week. Apart from that it connects quickly and automatically every time you turn on after initial pairing and I love lifting the mic for muting which is excellent when on teams calls. Overall seems to be a really good headset

quite small and not very comfy. Noise cancellation is a waste of space.
The Jabra 75 are more expensive but well worth the money. These are a bit cheap and small sized.

Poor design
Purchased in September 2022 and in January 2023 the earphone broke off the headband. The plastic connecting the earphone to headband is a 3-4mm circle. The unit was replaced free of charge by Jabra. Now to July 2023 and they broke again. This is a design flaw and inherent weakness. Amazon customer service have been excellent in refunding me and I have replaced with another brand.

Unreliable
Unreliable. Other Bluetooth devices start to lag when this is turned on. When on a call others complain the audio from my mic comes and goes. Sometimes completely stops working and appears connected but no sound heard in calls.

Ich hatte dieses headset bereits als Duo, wollte aber eines mit One-Ear, da mir das angenehmer ist, wenn ich im HomeOffice viel teamse. Ich finde das Headset nicht günstig - aber qualitativ top. Akku hält sehr lange. Die Bluetooth Verbindung reicht ca. 5-6m und der Klang ist sehr gut. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Casque vraiment de grande qualité. Fiable, super autonomie, léger et confortable, micro tres performant. Prix justifié.

Sitzt gut, Verbindungsqualität und Gesprächsqualität in Ordnung aber leider ist die Haltbarkeit begrenzt. Es bricht bereits nach eineinhalb Jahren vorsichtiger Nutzung der Bügel ab. Der ist an einer Stelle so dünn und anfällig dass man diese schon als Sollbruchstelle bezeichnen kann. Für den Preis kann ich leider nur zwei Sterne vergeben und das mit Bauchschmerzen.

Habe das Headset ausgepackt, aufgesetzt und festgestellt, daß es nicht richtig passt. Habe es auf die größte Größe angepasst. Sitzt trotzdem nicht. Das Micro sitzt zu nah an der Wange. Hin und her bewegt aber nicht den richtigen Halt gefunden. Tut mir leid. Habe mehr für den Preis erwartet. Reines Plastik. Habe das Teil noch nicht mal angeschlossen. Daher nur ein Stern.
