I read this book 20 years ago. Still a great read.

Do not buy. Absolute jibberish. Some words that do not exist in any recognizable language.

Not all at what I was hoping for.

The translator lived in the 17th Century.

i came across this book by accident and bought it out of curiosity. I am an emotional person and probably could not be as stoic as this book suggests but I would recommend that anyone interested in this type of philosophy would find the book an interesting read.

These notes are compiled in an order that makes for thematic chapters. One thing I still need to understand is what Marcus means by saying "what your nature doth require" - so let's figure it out.

great book

The content is a classic but the printing and font size used makes it almost unreadable unless you have eagle sight.

Lovely book, great quality. It was a little difficult to get into but once in its a quality read.
