Great alternative to swallowing a pill.
Like most people I have low vitamin D whenever I would go get my blood work done. I personally do not like swallowing pills so this was a perfect option. I take one a day and have not had any more issues with my vitamin D on my blood work.

Great taste but too strong!!
I love the taste and soft texture of these gummies first and foremost. These are a bit too strong for me though. 5000 iu’s is way beyond the daily recommended dose unless a doctor has instructed you to take more. I even tried once a week and it’s still too much for me. I would love to try this brand and flavor at a much lower dose.

Excellent flavor, soft texture, and nice quality
These are a wonderful flavor and if you have trouble tolerating higher doses of calcium, these should help you. They are the equivalent of a micro dose, but if you take them daily for a long period, it will actually show up in your blood work.
