Get It
I bought this for my friend for his young son. My friend is a physicist and home schools his brilliant son. He loves this book. His son promptly took it to a family gathering and started reading it to his cousins.

Great gift
Love this! Great baby gift for a scientist or engineer. Great introduction for the reader, especially if they are new to the science world. Not cutesy for a bedtime story.

A geometric adventure for little pythagoristas!
The book's vibrant illustrations and clever storytelling take children on a geometric adventure, making the Pythagorean Theorem an exciting discovery. The book does an excellent job of sparking curiosity in little minds

Made a great baby gift!
Bought as a baby shower gift for my younger cousin. I am a high school math teacher, and she is not great at high school math, which has been a source of back-and-forth friendly teasing between us for years. This book was a hit with her and her husband- but may have also committed me to some math tutoring in about 13 years. As for the book itself, the pictures are bright and age appropriate. I'm not sure someone who doesn't know/understand the Pythagorean theorem would come away from this book feeling any more knowledgeable, but it's a cute book for the mathy parents of the world and those who hope their kid is better at math than they were.

Usually these books are wonderful
I love the STEM books for our toddler from Chris Ferrie. 99% of them are easy to read and help build a concept from something as simple as a ball or other shape but this one got too wordy per page and was harder to read to our son. It still gets read as do all of the rest of the library but this one kind of missed the mark for me.

Disappointed
I thought I was buying a new book, apparently not because the spine of the book is loose … I’m just disappointed . The item should have been discounted at least .
