Mounted both on our carport placing the solar panels outside for the sun to charge. So far these LED lights work well and we see them turn on several times at night. (Neighbors cat lurking around at night.) Pleased with them so far. Probably will never use the remotes. You have to be very close to the lights before these will work. Like a few feet! We just set them and forget them. Installation was very simple. Brightness satisfied our requirements. The extra cable length for the solar panels a big plus. We could mount the lights inside the carport where the lights worked the best. Then routed the solar panel cables outside to the sunshine. Nice.

Works as advertised, so fare I don’t know how long they stay on for. It has been really gray in Montana and it still charges enough to light up my house.

Was a little concerned with the size, but they have 3 levels of lighting and on 3 they are very bright. Just put them up so not sure about longevity, last one I tried from a different manufacturer only lasted 6 months, but these do look to be better quality than those were.

It's great to be have a solar panel on the South wall in the sun and the LED lamp on the North wall in the shade where light was needed ! My front door is recessed and gets very brief sunlight but I need to see my keys if entering door at nighttime this has solved that problem since the very long wire permits the solar collector to be located where the sun is strong facing south! The LED lamp has several settings depending on how much sun power is available. So I first tried the dusk to dawn maximum light setting but it didn't stay on till dawn as the sun exposure wasn't long enough. Then I set it for low light until motion detected setting and it lasted until dawn (except if raining all day!!) on bright light days! In my carport the other unit has the solar collector on the south backyard wall so it gets sun most of the day and the LED lamp stays bright longer on a North inside wall making my vehicle more secure from cat converter robbers! Great results with electricity for FREE! UPDATE 12/2024 Still working well IF BRIGHT SUN ALL DAY but now in winter daylight is short + cloudy & rain 2 or more days battery can't charge enough & not working after dark like usual .

Out of all the solar lights I’ve bought these were the best, several setting options and very bright or also has a lower light level setting .

I bought these Kernowo Solar Lights Outdoor, 106 LED 3000LM Solar Powered Motion Sensor Flood Lights with Remote two pack. I waited for a while to install them. I installed them, set them up, and waited 2 days for charging them up. I never did checked the light until today to see if they worked. When I first set them up it was flashing sos, in Morse Code. I didn't know it could do this. Well I changed it to mode 3. I went to see if it worked but they didn't turn on. My owners manual and box were thrown away. So I checked online. Chatted with a technician. Told them my problem. They said they would connect me to a programmer, for a $1.00 totally refundable. I just left the chat. After I bought this why in the world would they want to charge a dollar to ask which button to mash 3 times to program the stinking light. Also being refundable, just wanting access to my account. By the way the work just turn power on remote, go to which mode you want, mash the number it is. Mode 1 once, mode 2 twice, on so on. That is free by the way I won't charge you!

I purchased 8 of these for multiple projects. I have 1 installed near my cabin, on the south side where there is otherwise no light after dark. The range of motion detection is great, even through a tree that sits along side the cabin. The internal battery works great if you're using these for periodic on/off with motion. The case is well sealed for both the light and the solar charging panel. The mounts for both the light and the solar panel are simple enough to install, or you can skip the base plate and just install direct if desired. I use several of these as hog lights over my feeders on my property. We have a persistent stream of hogs in from dusk to dawn. The light with the internal battery lasts about 2 hours when on constantly from the movement. I purchased 6v batteries and a 6v to 3.7 volt converter and use these 6v batteries to keep the lights operational and at full brightness, throughout the night. These seem to hold up well to the weather. We've had temps ranging from 5* to 85* since I installed them, in heavy wind and rain. So far (3 months) so good. The only negative comment I have, is that controlling the light is somewhat clumsy. After charging, you may push the button on the back, but that just triggers the light to flash a sequence for the setting you've selected. There is no "on" option, to test the brightness or confirm the light is charged properly. The remote triggers the same sequence flash. You can cover the sensor so that the light thinks it's dark and then test, but that doesn't allow for testing the motion perimeter. You just have to wait until it's dark to do that. But, given the cost of these, that's a small complaint for an otherwise great product.
