I found it very difficult to find a lower sodium soy sauce option. When I came across this, I decided to try it. It's a very good product. Yes, you can tell it is lower in sodium, but it still lends the flavor you need, you just have to get a little used to it. It's like a watered down soy sauce. It's best used in a recipe that calls for a more significant quantity, so you're not dumping salt into your food. If you're using a little squirt on your Chinese food or whatnot, it might not yield enough flavor for that. It's a cooking soy sauce in my opinion. And an excellent option for cooking when you need less sodium. Also, the bottle dispenses the liquid very nicely, which is a bonus.

I have to live a lower sodium lifestyle. But I also love cooking Asian foods. So i was very delighted to find a soy sauce product that was lower sodium than most that I could use to cook that still taste like soy sauce. I tried making my own and it just wasn't close to the same. I will say the packaging is less than desired so I will knock some points off for that. But this product lasts awhile and I recommend it if you need soy sauce thats a good bit less sodium

I like that this is lower sodium. Of course you still have to be careful using it but honestly it is lower than other ones I've seen. I think the taste is good. I'm not a soy sauce connoisseur so I think for most the taste is fine. Price is a little higher than what you buy in the grocery store but these are really large bottles and a little goes a long weight.

It is very flavorful

Most soy sauce on the market has about 800mg of sodium; reduced sodium soy sauce has about 550 or more. This one has 270. When I need to cook with minimal sodium, this really works for me.

I never have liked the typical salt ladened soy sauce. By the time you've added enough to taste the richness, it is too salty!This is perfect for my taste.

I was completely happy with this. Good quality. Reasonable quality bottle and spout. Decent flavor (for me -- it's not like I have a sophisticated palate -- more a "common sense" palate.) And about a quarter of the sodium level as normal Soy Sauce -- so I can enjoy my Sushi with this Soy Sauce it moderation without messing with my BP.And I found the price reasonable. I've ordered the double bottle set of this twice. For me, hard not to like this overall.
