I have a problem with wax build up in both ears and since using this I can hear well again. It also gives me an excuse to lay on the sofa and take a nap. Grandchildren don’t let me nap otherwise. Their rules not mine.

I have tried 5 other brands of wax remover and this is the only one that works. You can hear the foaming action as you lie on your side for about 15 minutes, then take a hot shower to flush everything out. Removes even hard wax. Don't overuse. Follow the instructions. You need some earwax to protect the ear canal. Don't probe the ear canal with any object, including Q tips.

My ears are very grease. It seemed to clear them a little bit. I need to use this longer to see any results. I will continue to use it and then leave my results.

I'm posting this more as a disclaimer based on other comments as well as the directions on the packaging. This really isn't something you should use repeatedly for several days in a row... ear wax is good for your ears! Don't strip it away carelessly! Unless you have a blockage (and even then I don't think you'd need to use this more than 2 days; if you do, visit a doctor) you should only use this product once a month. That is how long it takes for your ear to produce a healthy veneer of ear wax. This product is very effective, but don't over-use it to the point where you're removing years of protective wax.

It honestly didn’t do anything. Could barely feel it in your years and it didn’t loosen anything, even with multiple uses. Peroxide works better and is cheaper.

It has saved me trips to the doctor but of course, if the stopped up feeling is not solved by this method, then unfortunately you will need to make that appointment.

Easy to use as I'm starting to shower. I wear hearing aids (not in the shower) & more aware of any wax.
