So far, very great.
I ain't gonna lie, bands scare the crap out of me but not enough to keep me from using them. Maybe I'd feel differently if I'd been whacked by one snapping on me. These are not the most expensive but there are certainly many cheaper sets out there to be had and cheaping out on resistance bands seems like a very bad idea. You're just asking for trouble in my opinion. I'm not an expert on resistance bands but these seem to be really high quality. They feel plenty sturdy and substantial. I often see people use resistance bands ridiculously explosively when demonstrated on videos and I don't really understand the need to do that. It seems to defeat the purpose of controlled time-under-tension. Don't get me wrong, these can handle all the rapid pulling and stretching I can muster but I'm not a 300 lb bodybuilder who wants to show these things who's boss, if you know what I mean. I do see there are some reviews where people have had issues but not many. After listening to fitness experts, it seems that no matter what brand you get, this will be inevitable (though that shouldn't be the case immediately and those should be replaced by the seller, if there is a fault in manufacturing which is also inevitable). Ok, all I know is that these are helping me tremendously. I use them every single day. I put a lot of my body weight into them. I even use them to hold up most of my weight practicing a pistol squat and I worry more about the door in this case than I do the bands. They are very good quality. I'm not a huge fan of the door anchor that comes with any of these sets but this one is good quality. I use it under the door but for the top I chose to get these anchors which I could not be happier with. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09DP7ZVDG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I like to separate out the top of the band. I bought extra heavy-duty carabiners to attach to the anchors and couldn't be happier with those either. I originally bought the wall anchor system to screw into studs on a dedicated wall, only to find that our basement is built with steel studs. This is a nice discovery for other reasons but made the wall anchors unusable. I like what I have better than I think I would like the strap or straps that go across the door. I have tried to be as unbiased and honest in my review as possible here. The only thing I haven't said is that I haven't had these all that long so I can't possibly know the durability with certainty but they sure seem like they will last. If they don't, which I think they will, I suppose I'll end up ponying up for the most expensive, highest quality I can find because I know with absolute certainty that I want resistance bands in my life as long as I have an ounce of strength to use them, which I hope is until the day I die.

Not a gimmick, solid workout tool
You get a good workout using these bands. I got the orange band and it looks great. The door stopper holds up well also. The only add-on I would highly consider buying is if you want to take your workout outside, you'll need another anchor for those exercises that need resistance as the door stopper is not long enough to wrap around a pole nor will it wrap well around a diamond mesh fence you find at soccer fields. You can find one at Dicks and search for "Fitness Gear Pro Anywhere Anchor".

The best bands I never thought I needed
These are the best set of bands I have bought. This is a must need for your workouts. They are made of quality and the variety of weights are great. But the bonus is they can go with you when you travel or pack them in your bag and do a quick workout during the work day. I love these!

Pretty good quality, regardless of breaking on the first rep
Quick Version Pros: Really good quality and nice-looking bands with comfortable handles and what appear to be sturdy carabiners. Double or triple up the bands you use in an exercise to really give yourself a challenge. Also comes with velcro band straps with a carabiner - so you could attach it to just about anything that is stationary, to then connect the bands for a workout. Cons: The 25lb band may be prone to breaking. If you're doing something like chest press, or crossovers, so the bands are going over your shoulders/arms, the nylon strap-connection part of the band will rub and scrape on your arm pretty aggressively. Sometimes the bands feel too long to do certain exercises. Longer version - The 25lb band broke and snapped me in the chest, on the very first rep I used it. No big deal, I probably wouldn't have used them much anyway. I was just gauging which tension to use for rear delt stuff. I think you do have to get a little creative with how you setup for an exercise, because you can easily have far too little resistance or way too much. The fact that you can attach multiple bands to the handles is what makes these useful. I would say they're probably better for travel, where space is limited, or for someone getting through an injury. I definitely prefer my free-weights or the multi-use machine at home, over the bands, but in between sets, or as a warm-up they can be good. No one is getting into amazing shape with these though, so don't get them if you think you're going to revolutionize your workouts.
