Unfortunately the product didn’t work. However I can advise, feel was sturdy, instructions easy to understand and follow. Hence my middle of the road rating. Must say it was easy to inform the supplier and seek a refund.

This my second one and still both video sections not working the red lite flashes the the blue flashed rapped and the the hole thing switched off the first one did the same thing !!! I wasted money on both ?? Why don’t the work ??

I’ve already returned one which didn’t work and decided to try another. The instructions are clear but rather than turn on it flashes a blue light and that’s it!It’s a real shame because the product itself is great!Update: customer service contacted me quickly and it’s sorted out now.

1st impression is good, solidly made and you would never guess that it is a video/audio recorder.It has a very narrow field of view so getting the object in view is a little hit and miss, especially if that object it close.Picture quality is good in daylight but much less so in artificial light unless well lit.Instructions say format card in computer to FAT32, good luck with that if it has a large memory as FAT32 is extremely limited, however exFAT does work and I am using a 128GB card formatted in exFAT. Talking of the sdcard it isn't the easiest to push into the slot and fingernails are needed to push the card below the level of the rim to get it to lock into position (pic 2), also to release the card it needs to be pushed down (pic 1).I haven't used the motion detection or IR options.

At first all was good.Used approximately 20-30 times with no issues.Just tried to use again after a month of non use and nownot working at all now.Very disappointed. I have a bic razor that has lasted longer.

I bought it in April and still dont know where to find my videos and photo they are not nowhere in the SD card I dont know how to use it its not easy to use it ..

This is a great little device. We leave it in our summerhouse for when having work down in our garden whilst not being home. Given that it is a lot of work and is being carried out by contractors that we don't know we wanted the extra peace of mind.It is easy to setup and use. It can take memory card up to 32GB in size and has a decent battery life. Motion detection works well and captures are nice and clear. I recommend it.

a very useful device! high quality properties! it doesn't even look like what it really is! it is made of a very good material, in the hand, and at first glance it looks like a real car key! excellent video/photo quality for a hidden camera like this! a very good product at a great price!
