The plastic tip at one of the arms is damage; where the clothe line run through it.
I have no regret to purchase this product. I wish some one will send me a replacement for the plastic tip.

Confusion around the term heavy duty
My wife purchased this to replace one of the big name brands lines which we have had for the last 10 years and finally needed replacing. Now you might think the word heavy duty would suggest some kind of durability or sturdiness of design, but it seems not. When the box came I thought somebody may have left the actual item out of the box, but no, inside was what preported to be a “heavy duty” item. After assembling the line I was also being amused by how much smaller it was than our previous one, and yes, I know the dimensions are listed but you just expect items like this to be comparable sizes. This one doesn’t really allow for big items, heck if you’re tall your trousers might just hang on the ground.Obviously this won’t happen straight off though, you need to wait a few days for the cords to stretch, and detach, and the arms of the line to inexplicably bend, before things really sag. At this point though it becomes a fascinating item, as depending how you peg stuff on the line, it will change the shape of the item. Yes, inexplicably this heavy duty item, after a week had become flexible to the point when viewed from above the arms could be made into a diamond, a parallelogram or a rhombus….unfortunately square stops being an option after week two.So onto the exchange with the company around the purchase of he item, as despite the humour value of the item to my neighbours, it wasn’t really any use for its original purpose. I had a number of exchanges with the company, who somehow thought the Sale of Goods Act didn’t apply to them, and that they could offer a half refund as it was outside of Amazon’s 30 day return policy. I tried to explain that it was very cute that they thought they could advertise a heavy duty clothes line that had a life expectancy of a month, and that somehow they would avoid the issue of the item being not as described, and not fit for purpose. I offered to return it, as you would expect a company to see what the problem with the item was, but of course this company I doubt ever sees the items. I should imagine they come into the country and are shipped out having been bought as a job lot. They continued to insist Amazons Policy was all that mattered and ultimately I had to revert to Amazons customer service team, who were excellent and arranged return and a full refund, the best bit of this being that I can imagine a guy running his business from an office where he has no storage space, which as of this week will have a slightly bent twisted and tired looking washing line propped in the corner.
