The item I received was in decent condition aside from the mould covering the teeth which I don’t appreciate.

I actually have no idea what in the hell happened. So I had the chase variant delivered to me so naturally I was over the damn moon!! I’m sending pictures to my girlfriend who couldn’t care less. I place it next to my white Ichigo and that’s when I noticed that the plastic screen looked like it had gone to war with a grizzly bear, this thing had slices all over it. Now at this point my inner Sherlock comes out and I start inspecting the model. Not only was the box slashed to bits but the teeth on the mask were absolutely disgusting. The mask looked like it had been thrown into an unkept pond and left there for a couple days before being packaged. The teeth looked like it had a colony of micro-organisms developing civilisation on ichigos teeth. Yeah, not impressed, returned the next day and bought the Balrog funko pop instead, I suppose I won in the end.

Absolutely shocking at the condition of this "new" item . Came with what looks like a funko pop whos been left in the garden for a year before being found and put in a box . Has been repainted on the back. The foot is bent out of place and has god knows whats all over its face, and the container that holds it is broken and snapped . RETURNED

Package came in horrible condition, damaged box, label peeling off. And worst of all, the figure was so moldy and in a really poor condition
